ubik.gold, app.ubik.gold and their API and MCP server ("ubik.gold") are run by the UBIK team ("we"), which is responsible for your personal data. Contact us at support@ubik.gold.

What we collect and why

• Visits: your IP address, the address requested and your browser's or agent's details, kept in server logs to run and secure ubik.gold (our legitimate interest).
• Wallet sign-in, if you choose it: your wallet's address, its UBIK balance and a sign-in id, to check whether you can use holder features (to provide what you sign in for).
• API keys, if you make one: a hash of the key and when it was made and last used, to let your agent use holder features.
• Emails you send us: to answer you (our legitimate interest).

We run no analytics, ads or tracking, and we don't sell or share your personal data.

Cookies

We set one strictly necessary cookie, on app.ubik.gold and only when you sign in, to keep you signed in.

Who else handles it

Service providers that host ubik.gold, run the wallet sign-in and wallet connections, read wallet balances, play films you choose to watch and send our email process data for us, only to provide those services. We disclose data when the law requires it. Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States; transfers from the EU and the UK rely on recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Server logs for up to 90 days, wallet details until you ask us to delete them, API key records until you revoke or replace the key, and emails as long as we need them to deal with what you wrote.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, and object to or restrict how we use it. Write to support@ubik.gold; we answer within a month and won't treat you differently for asking. In the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority. If UBIK's content names you and you want something corrected or removed, write to us too.

Children

ubik.gold isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
