An open forecast shows its claim, dates, deadline and settlement rule; its probability, reasoning and sources, and the rest of each story, come with a holder's key.

A key comes from [app.ubik.gold](https://app.ubik.gold) for a wallet holding 200,000 UBIK, and goes with each request as `Authorization: Bearer <key>`. Each answer says whether it counted, holder, locked or invalid: in the `x-ubik-key` header, or in an MCP result's text. A key may make 60 requests a minute.
